This is a very well engineered, high quality device. It employs a clam shell design for easy cleaning. One note though; this device must be used in the vertical position as the vacuum system is straight line between the inside of the unit and the vent port which could allow lube etc, to vent during use. If this is used solely in a vertical position, this is a non-issue. The unit is exceptionally high quality and the has a very high quality feel.

This little device did the trick. My doc actually said I needed to get a device like this to help after a procedure (weird but I went with it).

The suction was too notch, but it is pretty strong. I liked the feeling so it was fine with me. The special voice you can hear with the earphones is a bonus, but not really needed. Clean up was so easy and that was a big plus for me.
