Was a little anxious at first as to how the auto suction would work compared to a manual pump. The suction is good, even at the first level and within no time I felt comfortable enough to advance levels. The visual display with the time is also a bonus addition. It's only been a week so we shall see but I am impressed so far.

Ok, this thing works! I have used a manual pump one in the past, but this thing WOW! It really is a great quality product. Very powerful. Super easy to clean. Not very many parts. Stays charged for a very long time. First time I used it I almost broke my Wife. She was walking funny for a while.

I can't speak to the claim of overall enlargement, but I can say that the blood gets flowing right away. I have found that using the narrowest silicone ring is preferable in order to avoid the pump pulling 'the boys' into the pump as well. Too much pressure for that sensitive spot.

I will say I was impressed with the power suction of this unit. And it was fairly easy to disassemble and clean. Overall it was easy to use. However...I didn't have any luck with it and found the experience cumbersome. This type of product will only show results if you have a certain kind of appendage. If you're smaller, cut and already get rock hard as it is..this machine can be a bit painful. If you are uncut and have more skin and your member fluctuates in size...you might have more success with growth. This is all about how much blood can engorge your corpora cavernosa. I could only go to the 2nd level before it became painful which you should never get to. But every man's appendage is different. Give it a shot.

I love this pump for many reasons. Suction is great. SUPER EASY to operate and clean. Size of cylinder is perfect. There is grip on the tube so it's not slippery with lube. It's rechargeable. I had one that was battery operated and it kept flaking out. They also provide you with an extra silicone base that is detachable. My favorite thing is that once it's pumped it's hands free. I hate having to keep pumping with one hand and hold it with another. It's excellent. Highly recommended.

This is a great item. The fit is a bit tight but with plenty of lubricant the sensation is terrific. To wash, make yourself a small dishmop (the foam kind) and use anti-bacterial dish soap to scrub it out. Works perfect.
