I mean idk how fancy you can get with a douche, but this is a basic and very trusty douche. I'm not trying it for the enema aspect of it so no feedback on that unfortunately. You really don't even need to use lube with this one (coming from a person who doesn't bottom often). Overall this is a very solid choice and great for it's price. The bulb is the size of like an average apple? Comes with a black bag to keep it in which is nice. And if you got this far in reading the review please remember to go until the water is clear. If it's taking very many trys to get the water to be clear, it might not be a good day to bottom. Hope this review helps some of yall!

No getting around the awkwardness of the product but if you want to enjoy yourself you need this! Makes all the difference and will make you more confident in action! Simple and straightforward, it's allowed my partner and I to have more fun more often without hesitation, the way we fantasize without any worry of messy complications.

Honestly it works great but as a first time user what an interesting experience. I ended up looking up how to use the bulb because when I'm looking at a two foot hose tube I got pretty nervous. I ended up just using the clear ribbed looking attachment because that seemed to make the most sense. I used a room temperature bottle of water because I really wasn't trying to test any heat levels on the welcome mat of my large intestine. Inserting was easy enough and surprisingly you can fit an entire bulb of water/ about half a water bottles worth of liquid inside of yourself without even really noticing much. I held that in for far longer than I wanted because apparently telling my body to push something out on command vs pure bodily instinct was something I wasn't prepared for. After doing two bulbs worth everything was clear and clean and if I wasn't so anxious it would've been super quick. Just make sure to listen to your body if it feels like you still have some water left because a water fart is not it sis

I literally bought this thing so I could throw it at my SO and say you've been douched. They threw it back at me and it landed in my work pouch so they called me a douche bag; I then tried to grab it and it produced a Whoopee cushion like sound which birthed a year long game of surprise douche. I have yet to even consider using this thing as intended, but it's become such an integral part of my relationship I felt it necessary to leave it a good review.

It's really easy to use, been using it for a couple of months now and all douches are hard to fill (I read complains in other reviews) you gotta use the suction to fill it faster! Blow all the air and suck the water in, if you wait for it to get filled by just setting it under the water flow, obviously it's going to take forever... Nice material and no funny smells so far. The tip feels nice and doesn't bother at all, be gentle with your hole people!

I use for rectal rinse, and I can tell you the soft tips are the only way to go. No matter how smooth a hard tip is and some of them are scratchy, you still risk jabbing yourself. I have used different brands. Clean stream makes a nice one but it's leaky and not durable and only 6 oz since not all goes in. This Molly is all the same material, the clean stream is embedded screw threads which are anchored with webbing, you see that when they fail. The Molly holds a good amount, not leaky so far and even though the tip is finger sized it goes in comfortably. It does not stand up as the bulb bottom is round, but that is minor. I could certainly rig a stand if I need. Very pleased so far and keep up the good work.

Still haven't found a way to really deep clean it yet, like the pieces, but I definitely like the ease of usage. If you thinking about it, gon head and buy it babe.

Got this to prep for some anal play I was doing. I'd definitely recommend it for beginners. Watts the safeword on YouTube has a great tutorial for cleaning out that I'd recommend to any first time users.

This device is easy to use. It is more comfortable than pre-packed enemas, since it can use warm tap water instead of the irritating salts in commercial products. No lingering ache. Helped with my surgery induced constipation.
