Purchased for suction lick duo function because it's usually just one or the other. I was really impressed that the company thought to include 2 ribbed silicone sleeves and took different curves into consideration with 2 different cup sizes. The thrusting portion works well and looks to have a lot of power to it also. Definitely gets the job done quickly, but also allows for a slow build up on those days that I have more me time.
