These work great! I use these for play for a couple different parts of my body....I kinda wish the suction was stronger....but I think most people would find them pretty powerful. Would definitely recommend them.

Note: these CAN and WILL permanently enlarge your nipples if you use them a certain way! This is the purpose I bought these for. After trial and error I've found my method for using these to gradually increase permanent nipples size, and I'll describe my process for this below. They can of course be used simply for temporary enlargement, and this does significantly increase size and sensitivity for, in my experience, around 10 to 30 minutes depending on pressure applied and duration worn.

To start permanently increasing your nipple size, you want to wear them for long periods of time at a comfortable to just slightly pinching pressure, you don't want to go overboard and make it painful (even if that feels okay/good for you) because you're gonna wear them for one to several hours and wearing them for this long at too much pressure can cause tears, bubbles (really, little water filled bubbles of skin can appear) and after misusing them in this way I ended up with small scabs on mine. If any of these things happen by accident, I suggest not wearing them again until the scabs fully go away. And then basically, the method is to, at first, wear them with the least amount of pressure you can apply where it feels just a bit tight... don't put yourself in pain! They should just be snuggly suctioned on. Try wearing them like this for one hour. I did it while watching netflix in my room or playing video games. After one hour, slowly screw it the opposite way to relieve the pressure until they come off on their own, don't pull them off while there's still pressure! Not that you can't do it or that it isn't (to be honest) a little fun, but if you're using them to gain permanent enlargement, you want to be as gentle on the nips as possible since you're putting them through a triggered growth process. If your nipples are itchy or sore while you're wearing them or for a little while after you take them off, that's normal and a good sign actually, the itching/achyness indicates that new tissue has been growing while your skin was stretched apart. From what I've read, how this all basically works is that you're stretching the skin cells apart, blood is flowing into the area, and this causes new skin cells to grow in that space. And as your nip nops actually start to gain size, you'll want to keep increasing pressure from one time to the next as is comfortable. I've been using these for the past three weeks or so, and have so far gained a few millimeters of nipple length by using them every day to every other day. It's most noticeable when they're erect, I think.
