This toy is unique in that the vibrating and thrusting modes can be controlled independently, and each has a separate button on the remote. As the wearer, you can just turn on only the features you like: vibrating, thrusting, or both! It's totally up to you and what you're comfortable with.As for the modes, vibrating feels nice and is very quiet. The thrusting is louder and was way more intense than I imagined. Having it on while with my partner made me feel like I was having a threesome.Do be aware though of the size. It was a little too big for me so I bought a cheap harness to keep it firmly insertesd. Of course the ring helps hold it in the right position as well. I had some of the funnest nights ever letting someone else control the remote. Would definitely recommend!

This guy is so silent that I didn't even worry about using it in the middle of the night, which is really admirable because it's the most effective toy I have that is also the quietest. Its telescoping feature is also noteworthy and brings me greater joy than before. I was able to ride these joyful waves, drifting up and down. I experimented with several various settings and thoroughly enjoyed myself. The strongest sensation I've ever experienced was like an electric current coursing through my brain, firing neurons that had never fired before. In any case, I implore all males to give it a shot. My life was altered by it.
