It took some getting used to but with dedication, on the 2nd attempt, I got it! Takes two hands to insert properly with plenty of lube! I've gone up to 60 pumps (Not inside me, just 4 pumps) and I noticed the tip is what inflates the most. I'm sure you can get the whole thing to inflate but that's way more than 60 pumps!

I wasn't sure of this at first look, I will admit! But it turned out to be well worth the money. I will give you a little tip: pump once to make it easier to use. Also it's the perfect warm up toy if you have any larger ones that need you to loosen up.

This inflatable butt plug is just what I needed! In my quest to fit bigger and bigger toys inside me, this is a great toy to help get me where I want to go. After clean out and prep, the butt plug does a great job of stretching and relaxing your hole without traumatizing it. The flared base helps keep it place when I start, but after a while I have to give a few pumps to keep it from falling out because my hole is so loose and relaxed. For me, this is not problem as it is part of the journey for BIG. I've gotten up to 50 pumps, so far, and marveled at the size when I popped it out - with a loud grunt. As a result of using this inflatable butt plug, I was able to go over the next big hump with some of my other toys.

The sensation is indescribable. The volume is, uh, voluminous. And as Towelie likes to say, don't forget to bring a towel .
