The 6 different levels of suction are definitely different. The suction and motion of the inner flesh like section of this toy feels great. Not sure if it's call it a pump but it definitely does all the above and more.. This toy came in a nice discreet package and even the box is very discreet. Clean up was a breeze compared to other toys I have tried. Definitely worth the money

let me start by saying , i have spent twice the money on a toy before and wasn't nearly as good , pump works great and can be used with sleeve at the same time . worth it!

The pump definitely has a strong suction, but is uncomfortable (to me) when using the masturbatory sleeve. I think the pump should be used strictly for enhancement and not for pleasure.
