    Followed the instructions as for helping him out of the box. It worked pretty well. Be ready for 90 lbs of dead weight. Before you set him on any thing wash or wipe him down. The silicone flesh has some residue that will mark fabrics. But all in all very nice. Still cannot get him to stand or lean. Had a friend come over was very impressed. Will get him a friend in the future. Any questions were responded to pretty quickly. Thank you for my new toy.
