You can feel the bumps inside rather well, but they're in no way pointy, very nice and rounded for comfortable stimulation. It stretched easily and evenly too. The vaginal lips look decently real, the lips are pink for added detail.

Amazing toy for the price,I found this to be more intense, but being a fairly average size I imagine those swinging a little more girth might find this uncomfortable. but it is great and adds another sensation to the play.
