This is a great toy but very intense if you have a sensitive head. It has 10 settings. Be careful or you won't last. I highly recommend.

Well, the use for this product is what you could call self explanatory . It definately did what it was purchased for. Not sure why it is called a training device, there is not any training needed for that activity. Shall we say... it fit like a glove, or even better...a spartan hat. Makes you want to shout I am Spartan!

This toy was a lot of fun and I enjoyed it. Definitely great for edging and increasing stamina. Velvet smooth silicone, which is super easy to clean. USB changing so no worrying about changing the battery, also fully enclosed so it is waterproof. It seems like it should accommodate most width sizes of men, it is silicone so there is a little room for stretch for the product to fit. All in all, I'm happy with the purchase and not a bad deal at this price too!

Ok, so let's not get too graphic…. I will say it prime's the pump decently well, and it's just powerful enough on it's highest setting. Does it's job if you're planning on training to go longer.
