    Several years ago I started to develop a case of Peyronie's (thickening of the tissue). It wasn't severe but it was making sex painful. A urologist online suggested using a pump as one possible treatment. I decided on this one after looking for a while and within just a few sessions using this it completely cleared up the Peyronie's trying to come on me.     This thing will add considerable gains to your penis, both length and girth, if you do it correctly (see below). You won't see permanent gains and you still have to do it daily, BUT the effects will last for hours. More than enough time, and without your partner knowing if you so choose. BUT, to get the maximum effect, its very important to:

    1) keep well shaven around the area the pump will go onto

    2) get well lubed up before hand

    3) put the pump on about 3/4 of the way down your shaft and then turn the suction on to the pump. It will suction the rest of the way and give a better seal by doing it this way.

    This pump is game changer! As a 74 year old prostate cancer survivor, I don't work as I used to and this pump really helps with it . No more hand pumping to maintain pressure. It automatically keeps a level of pressure you choose . Additionally when the pump arrived it had a small crack in the cylinder which of course rendered it unusable.
