Well it's a love hate relationship. I'm just learning it, but it's very hard to control. I gotta reach with one hand over my belly and I can't see to make the proper adjustments. Then I gotta control my phone for video stimulation in the other hand. I love the thrust action, but again I'm using only one hand and my finger won't let the button go so it goes too fast and I can't hang on. Other similar products do not have thrust and I believe they are easier to support. The payoff here is great. Once you can adjust the pleasure is unstoppable.
