These seem to be well built Well designed units. The suction is very powerful and the rotation Is a fantastic feeling Supplied by more than adequate motors. I would have given us a 5 star rating however the unit comes with 3 modes. Suction, Rotation and the 3rd mode is a combination of both the suction and rotation. Plus there are many variations to each mode. The unit I received worked fine in both section and rotation however the combination of the 2 modes together was not functioning. I contacted the company received an immediate reply requesting a video of the malfunctioning unit, I supplied them the video and the very next day received a complete refund. Customer support for this item was terrific. I completely recommend this product not only Because it's a fantastic product and gets the job done nicely but you have a terrific customer support team standing behind it.
