    I wish it had smoother sides since the thin wires stretching you out can kinda hurt worse than you expect. Pulled out too fast and the hard steel loops at the ends of the stretcher painlessly popped my hemmoroid and it hasn't come back since, pretty cool.

    I have a lot of anal toys in my collection, but this one is definitely in a class of it's own. Despite the cold metal/surgical appearance, it's surprisingly comfortable. You are in full control of the expansion level, so you can go at your own pace. If solo play, it's better to be on your back. If playing with a friend, it's better that the receiver be on all 4's. Take it slow, incrementally expanding to your comfort level. I am no where near having this toy fully expanded but I'm guessing that would be similar to getting fisted, I have some larger dildos and toys that I need to work up to and I'm confident that this toy will train me accordingly.     If I could give this 10 stars I would. Its smooth design allows for easy insertion and removal. No pinching or scraping (in or out). Opens you up wide nicely. Has plenty of space and opening for putting in toys and such. We have tried other speculums in the past and have had issues with all of them but this one. It is top notch!! If you are a size queen, need a good stretching, want to medical roleplay or just need to loosen up a bit; this is the tool for you. Great price and quick shipping!!!
