    This device is awesome. The handles give you the leverage that you would get if you were holding somebody by their ears and mounting them. It's remarkable how personal it starts to feel.     First it's big. So it's not for the weak. The best feature is you can attach your phone to watch while you exercise. It's easy to use and with the grips easy to hold. Slippery hands or no.
